Reminder About Using Third-party Services

Applicants and registrants are reminded that using third-party services related to a practice permit comes with strict limitations.

Applicants must complete and submit their application to the CRNA themselves. The CRNA has made this process easy and accessible with our online portal, College Connect, which can be used anywhere, anytime, from any device.

Applicants and registrants should never share their College Connect log in information with a third party and the CRNA does not endorse any individuals or agencies claiming to provide application-related services. If you have questions about your application or need additional support, you can reach out to the CRNA's customer service experts by filling out our online form or via phone (toll free) 1-800-252-9392.

For privacy protection purposes, the CRNA cannot share personal information or details about an application with anyone other than the applicant; this includes family members, friends and third-party services. Applicants must be the ones to complete and attest to all items within their applications.

Allowing another person to complete steps in your application, submit information as if they are you or access your account may be considered misrepresentation. This can lead to delays, or the possibility of a registration refusal or a permit cancellation. Registrants who are found to have attested falsely in their applications may be subject to disciplinary actions.

Registration information is available in multiple forms, from self-serve resources such as College Connect and CRNA.com, to one-on-one consultations specific to an individual’s unique circumstances via the CRNA's registrant navigator or practice guidance services.
