Hearings & Regulatory Committees Coordinator

Role Overview

At the CRNA, we are committed to regulatory excellence and safeguarding the public interest. We are seeking a Hearings & Regulatory Committees Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support for the CRNA's regulatory committees and hearings processes. Reporting to the Manager, Hearings & Committees, this role supports efficient operations, procedural integrity and adherence to legislative, policy and organizational requirements across hearings and committee activities.

The coordinator manages multiple concurrent hearing and committee workflows, organizing schedules, preparing documentation, tracking timelines and facilitating communication with internal and external partners. Through this work, the coordinator contributes to the CRNA's ability to regulate the nursing profession in the public interest by ensuring hearings and committee processes are well-organized, procedurally sound and consistently executed.
